Product Guarantees, Returns, And Inventory Re-Purchasing

1.1 - Product Guarantee and Rescission

All PYVIT physical products come with a 30-day return policy, entitling the purchaser to a full refund, exclusive of shipping and handling fees. Digital products offered by PYVIT have a 14-day refund policy. For assistance with returns or refunds, customers may contact PYVIT Customer Support or initiate a return on the PYVIT website. Products dispatched directly to a Customer by the Company must be returned to the Company, with any ensuing refund being processed and disbursed by the vendor who facilitated the sale. Each vendor is mandated to honor the Customer guarantee. In the event a retail customer expresses dissatisfaction with any PYVIT product, the Customer may return the unused portion of the product to the vendor from whom it was originally purchased, within 30 days. This return option affords the Customer the choice of a replacement, exchange, or a complete refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs. It is imperative to note that this product satisfaction guarantee does not extend to products damaged due to misuse or abuse, and shipping costs are non-refundable. PYVIT Influencer/Content Creators and Customers are entitled to a single product return.

1.2 - Procedures for All Returns

The ensuing procedures apply to all returns intended for refund, repurchase, or exchange: (A) All items being returned must be initiated by the Influencer/Content Creator or Customer who originally purchased them from PYVIT. (B) All returned items necessitate a Return Authorization Number, obtainable online on the PYVIT website. This Return Authorization Number must be documented on each carton being returned. (C) The return package should include the original packing slip, completed with Consumer Return Information if applicable, and the unused portion of the item(s) in their original containers. (D) Proper shipping cartons and packaging materials must be utilized for the item(s) being returned, with consideration for the most cost-effective shipping method. All return shipments should be prepaid by the shipper, as PYVIT does not accept packages with collect shipping charges. Risk associated with potential loss during return shipping falls on the vendor, and if returned items are not received by the Company's Distribution Center, it is incumbent upon the vendor to track the shipment. Non-compliance with these rules will result in denial of any refund or replacement for the returned items.
